Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology projects in an Agile environment. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive project success through strong leadership and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects from initiation to closure
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Lead Agile/Scrum processes and coordinate development teams
• Manage stakeholders, client communication, and expectations
• Track project progress, risks, and performance metrics
• Prepare status reports for leadership and project portfolio
• Conduct requirement analysis, gap analysis, and process documentation
• Manage project scope, change control, and quality assurance
• Use tools like Azure DevOps to manage backlogs and user stories
• Ensure successful project execution and timely issue resolution
  
  

Required Skills:

• Strong project management and Agile/Scrum experience
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder, and client management skills
• Experience with project planning, risk management, and reporting
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working on IT or ERP projects
• Knowledge of SQL Server, web services, or legacy systems
• Project Management certification (preferred)
