A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an IT Project Manager

Position type: Full-time, Contract

Duration: 12 months, possible extension

Location: Byron Illinois 61010 Hybrid

Position Overview

Join our dynamic IT Project Management team in a hybrid role that keeps you connected to innovation while offering flexibility. You’ll primarily work near Byron, with occasional visits to Braidwood and Quad Cities (typically 1 day per week, never more than 3).

What You’ll Do

As a Certified PMP Professional, you’ll lead IT projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring every initiative meets cost, quality, schedule, and strategic objectives. You’ll:

• Drive success across multiple nuclear sites by integrating diverse functional teams.
• Champion efficiency, seeking cost reductions and maximizing value at every turn.
• Own communication and negotiation, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage projects with an annual cash flow exceeding $2 million, making a tangible impact on operations.
  
  

Who You Are

• A strategic leader with a bachelor’s in computer science, Cyber Security, or Engineering and 10 years of experience (including 6 years in project teams) OR 12 years of industry expertise, with at least 6 years in project management.
• PMP Certified and fluent in Cyber Security principles.
• Ready to work in a nuclear environment.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $65.00 - $68.96 per hour

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
