This is a high-impact role where you ll drive end-to-end delivery, manage multiple complex programs, and partner closely with business and IT leadership to ensure successful execution aligned with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects across enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, Oracle ERP, WMS, OTM, and HCM
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with full ownership of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using MS Project (including dependencies and critical path analysis)
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams (applications, infrastructure, security, data, QA)
- Manage vendor relationships, deliverables, and milestone tracking
- Drive project governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder alignment
- Utilize ServiceNow for project intake, tracking, reporting, and operational handoff
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and data governance standards
- Incorporate AI-enabled tools (automated reporting, predictive risk analysis, workflow optimization) into delivery practices
- Lead change management, adoption, and post-implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement
- PMP Certification (mandatory)
- 7 years of enterprise IT Project Management experience
- Expertise in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery models
- Strong experience managing large, complex, multi-workstream programs
- ServiceNow (ITSM, workflows, integrations, reporting, platform enhancements)
- Oracle ERP, WMS, OTM, HCM cloud platforms
- MS Project (advanced scheduling, dependency management, critical path analysis)
- Strong ownership of scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk
- Vendor management and cross-functional coordination experience
- Strong knowledge of PMBOK and enterprise governance frameworks
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools for reporting, risk analysis, or workflow optimization
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric
- Exposure to enterprise integrations and data flows
- Understanding of AI governance, data quality, and security considerations
- Experience in change management and organizational adoption
- Continuous improvement and post-implementation review expertise
- You do not have PMP certification
- You lack enterprise-level IT project/program management experience
- You have not worked with ServiceNow or Oracle-based enterprise platforms
- You ve only handled small-scale or single-project environments
- You are not comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, and high-visibility initiatives
