- Coordinate with technical leads and subject matter experts to support project deliverables and manage issue escalation
- Act as a liaison between workstreams to maintain workflow continuity and alignment
- Facilitate vendor discussions and escalate complex issues to project leadership
- Communicate progress, impediments, and risks to project leads and the Project Manager while proactively identifying and resolving cross-team challenges
- Manage task dependencies and optimize project timelines
- Track action items from technical review meetings and ensure follow-through
- Collaborate with leads to assist in defect resolution and remediation efforts while providing direction and support to technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Support technical documentation efforts and ensure consistency with system architecture and design standards

- Proven track record in leading or coordinating enterprise-scale technology platform rollouts
