Responsibilities
- Network Installation & Configuration
- Deploy and configure routers, switches, and other networking hardware.
- Support site installations and ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
- Upgrades & Maintenance
- Perform hardware and software upgrades to maintain optimal network performance.
- Apply patches and firmware updates as required.
- Troubleshooting & Support
- Diagnose and resolve network outages and connectivity issues promptly.
- Provide on-site and remote support for field operations.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of network configurations and changes.
- Ensure adherence to DoD and Leidos security protocols.
Required:
- Active (Secret or Top Secret) security clearance.
- Hands-on networking experience (installation, configuration, troubleshooting).
- CCNA certification or a relevant degree in IT, Networking, or Computer Science.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, and switching concepts.
- Experience in field service or remote site support.
- Familiarity with DoD networking standards and secure environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
