- Manage implementation of projects that have a technical, financial, and/or operational impact on the business unit.
- Manage project planning (scope, schedule, and budget), project initiation, project execution, and project closure by adhering to client IT standards and processes.
- Manage project plans within scope, schedule, and budget with an identified established project direction.
- Develop detailed project plans to include resource availability and allocation.
- Provide direction and make decisions regarding changing project/product scope, policy, development, and implementation in accordance to Change Management processes.
- Manage and follow-up with assigned resources on the RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions) Log for assigned projects and providing resolution of risks with mitigation plans, issues and/or dependencies, impacting the ability to complete project deliverables.
- Monitor, measure, and report on project progress to management and clients.
- Direct cross-functional teams to address issues and solve problems as it relates to project delivery.
- Conduct project reviews on a regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly) to internal and external stakeholders as it relates to communication of project status.
- Acts as a key representative to management for both functional and broad business issues as it relates to project delivery.
- Maintain project financial and ongoing project status in SAP, MS Project, and other IT Project Management tools.
- Lead forecasting, financial management, change management, Deployment Readiness, Data Readiness, Network Modeling, IT Operational Readiness, risk management, and project tracking and controls for assigned projects.
- Minimum of Five (5) years of experience of managing technical projects and programs.
- Minimum of Five (5) years of experience managing successful implementation of projects against scope, schedule, and budget.
- Minimum of Five (5) years of experience managing project quality, including quality assurance, and quality controls.
- Must have a valid PMP Certification
- Experience with execution of projects/programs with a budget of more than $5 million
- Demonstrated experience communicating financial information to various audiences including senior management.
- Demonstrate experience in building reports, analyzing, and maintaining accuracy and integrity with the ability to derive insights from data collected using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and/or other databases.
- Demonstrated experience with integrating financial performance, budgeting analysis, budgeting and cost savings valuation.
- Experience in performing including identifying client needs, gathering relevant information from appropriate stakeholders, and presenting information to management.
- Strong ethics, influence and negotiation, interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and engage in continuous improvement of processes.
- Demonstrated experience generating reports utilizing SAP or similar financial systems.
- Demonstrate ability to work in a high performing, ambiguous and agile environment.
- Experience executing projects in both agile and waterfall methodology.
- Experience using Helix BMC tool for Change Requests (CRQ’s)
- Experience using Microsoft Project
- Experience using Visio Diagraming Tool
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience with communicating with other teams via calls, chats, and email
