Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage IT infrastructure projects.
- Supervise infrastructure teams and allocate resources.
- Ensure high availability and performance of systems and networks.
- Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor and optimize IT infrastructure costs.
- Coordinate hardware and software procurement.
- Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate new technologies.
- Report infrastructure performance and issues to senior management.
- Bachelor s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of servers, networks, and virtualization.
- Experience in project management and team leadership.
- ITIL certification.
- Experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures.
- Knowledge of IT service management tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
