Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in IT support or related field
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Certifications: Must obtain CompTIA A within 6 months and MCP within 12 months of hire
- Preferred Skills: Training or certifications in A , Network , MCDST, MCP, or HDI
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication (verbal and written)
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Excellent interpersonal skills for user support
