Description

Robert Half is seeking an experienced Tier 3 Support Specialist to supporting a local client in Bellevue, Washington. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient resolution of escalated issues.

Duration: 3-month contract with potential for extension or conversion

Location: 100% onsite in Bellevue, Washington

Schedule: Monday-Friday (7:30-4:30pm)

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and work through the support ticket queue, ensuring all issues are resolved within the defined SLA.
  • Collaborate with the shared service desk (Help Desk) to escalate and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Provide on-site support as the primary technical point of contact.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues, including hardware, software, networking, desktops, laptops, and printers.
  • Perform root cause analysis on recurring technical problems and recommend preventive measures.
  • Maintain clear documentation of issues, solutions, and system changes to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Proactively identify and address potential IT concerns to minimize downtime and disruptions to business operations.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in Tier 3 Support.
  • Proficiency with Windows OS (Dell) and some exposure to MacOS.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365.
  • Experience in root cause analysis and escalation management.
  • Basic System Administration experience (server connectivity troubleshooting).
  • Networking expertise, with experience troubleshooting connectivity issues.
