- 5 7 years of experience in IT support / service desk / technical customer support roles
- Strong troubleshooting skills across:
- Windows OS
- ChromeOS
- macOS (preferred)
- Experience with ITSM/ticketing systems
- Solid understanding of:
- Active Directory / user account management
- Basic networking concepts
- Remote support tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and documentation quality.
- Support for (50 locations) connected via high-speed fiber networks
- Mixed device ecosystem:
- Windows, macOS, ChromeOS
- Large-scale Chromebook deployments (students)
- Centrally managed infrastructure and devices
- Ongoing large-scale IT initiatives including:
- Mobile device upgrades (40,000 devices)
- Network modernization (switching & wireless)
- VoIP and fiber network enhancements
