Required Qualifications

  • 5 7 years of experience in IT support / service desk / technical customer support roles
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across:
    • Windows OS
    • ChromeOS
    • macOS (preferred)
  • Experience with ITSM/ticketing systems
  • Solid understanding of:
    • Active Directory / user account management
    • Basic networking concepts
    • Remote support tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and documentation quality.

Environment & Technology Landscape

  • Support for (50 locations) connected via high-speed fiber networks
  • Mixed device ecosystem:
    • Windows, macOS, ChromeOS
    • Large-scale Chromebook deployments (students)
  • Centrally managed infrastructure and devices
  • Ongoing large-scale IT initiatives including:
    • Mobile device upgrades (40,000 devices)
    • Network modernization (switching & wireless)
    • VoIP and fiber network enhancements
