Job Title: School Support Field Technician
Duration: 12 month Contract (ONSITE)
Locations: 130 Trinity Ave SW 5th Floor, Atlanta, GA - 30303
Work:
This work will be completed on-site at any of the Client's locations or other buildings (depending on the event) in the metro Atlanta area. The analyst will work M-F. Hours may vary to accommodate school hours for elementary, middle, and high schools, and special events. Field Techs are required to retrieve parts or other items needed to resolve issues from the client's IT Warehouse at 1631 Lafrance Street NE.
Required Skills:
Required minimum of 3 years of continuous hands-on work experience in IT Field Support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Prior experience with desk-side and break/fix support is a MUST Proficient in Microsoft Office Professional is MUST
Device Imaging and Prior mobile device support experience: Chromebooks, iPads, macOS, and iOS is a MUST
Hardware installation, maintenance, and repair
Inventory and Asset Management
Proficient in understanding network infrastructure and wireless support
Software Troubleshooting
Maintain exceptional customer service posture at ALL TIMES
Communication skills both verbal and written
Education/Training:
Minimum Of An Associate Degree (preferred)
A Certification
