Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the team to enhance our processes and propose actionable solutions for meeting our business partners' needs
- Accurate documentation of tech and business processes
- Represent the client in considering our risk framework and ensuring projects comply with our reputational and regulatory guidelines
- 7-10 years of experience
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and ability to navigate enterprise-level SDLC conversations
- Experience gathering business requirements and communicating those effectively to software developers
- Demonstrate proficiency with gathering business requirements and documenting workflows
- Willingness to develop data-driven business insights to facilitate growth in our consumer and wealth lines of business
- Agile tools (Jira)
- JIRA/JQL
- BRD creation
- Scrum Master Certification
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Experience with user acceptance testing
- Stakeholder identification, and ability to track key project milestones and warn of potential budget or time overruns
- Willingness to challenge received wisdom and enhance existing processes
- Experience with Data Analytics
- Experience with Google Analytics or similar
- Fintech experience
- DevOps experience
- Experience navigating GDPR/CAADCA/CPRA
