Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of various stakeholders and build/translate these requirements into functional IT solutions. The IT Business Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Nuclear Engineering/Chemistry, Operations, and other business units, to drive technological advancements that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS:
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
