Job Description
- Lead requirements definition for assigned initiatives, ensuring stakeholder needs, scope, assumptions, constraints, and acceptance criteria are clearly captured to support delivery of intended business outcomes.
- Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders and subject matter experts to elicit, analyze, and validate end-to-end requirements across multiple systems, applications, and data sources; identify dependencies and resolve gaps that could impede progress.
- Produce and maintain high-quality analysis artifacts (e.g., current/future state flows, use cases, data mapping, interface/integration requirements, and non-functional requirements) and communicate impacts and decisions to delivery teams and partners.
- Apply risk management experience in a large financial institution (risk, compliance, or corporate governance) to identify regulatory/security considerations and document requirement impacts, controls, and mitigations relevant to integrated solutions.
- Create and maintain Epics, Features, and User Stories in Azure DevOps, ensuring traceability to requirements, dependencies, and acceptance criteria through delivery and implementation.
- 5 years of related experience
- Bachelor''s degree in related field required
- Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general Financial Services or Banking is preferred.
- Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
- Intermediate to advanced experience in integration analysis across systems and applications, including interface/API and data flow analysis, dependency identification, and translating cross-system impacts into clear functional and non-functional requirements
- Intermediate to advanced working in Azure Dev Ops (ADO) and relevant Diagramming Software (e.g. Lucid, Visio, etc.), as well as technical aptitude and experience
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
