We are seeking a dedicated IT Associate Tech Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact in providing technical support and enhancing patient care through innovative technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Respond to time-sensitive support calls, ensuring effective resolution of issues that impact patient care.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, collaborating with various teams to drive issue resolution.
- Document all reported incidents in detail and manage a ticket backlog of approximately 20-30 cases.
- Troubleshoot production RIS and PACS radiology systems using various technologies.
- Work closely with internal teams to fulfill customer requests and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT Help Desk role or equivalent education in a technical program.
- Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot Windows Operating Systems.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C, C#, C , or Python.
- Experience with Windows command line and PowerShell.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting TCP/IP issues and Active Directory.
- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in medical imaging.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
