Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support for core applications, including ERP (Infor SyteLine), EDI (SPS Commerce), Tableau, and ChatGPT Enterprise
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, maintain documentation, and ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with ERP upgrades, patch cycles, and integration projects
- Support cloud migration initiatives (AWS) and ERP modernization efforts
- Collaborate with vendors and managed service providers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Partner with business teams to ensure accurate data flows and reporting

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2 years of experience with ERP systems (SyteLine preferred) and SQL
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID/AD)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Experience in application development
- Background in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
- Knowledge of integration tools and reporting platforms
