Requirement/Must Have:
- Ability to audit inventory using Manhattan, SAP, and ADMS systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures accurately.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work with complex computer applications and resource materials.
- Experience using multiple operating environments including Windows, DOS, and Mainframe systems.
- Proficiency with Lotus Notes, Excel, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to work in cold storage/freezer environments at -20 C or colder.
- Experience in inventory control, order processing, warehousing, shipping, logistics, or distribution operations preferred.
- Experience supporting quality systems and inventory tracking processes.
- Experience handling customer order queues and shipment coordination.
- Experience resolving inventory discrepancies and system-related issues.
- Support inventory control and order processing activities.
- Audit inventory in Manhattan, SAP, and ADMS systems to maintain system accuracy and balance.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies during daily order processing.
- Process rejected, expired, and short-dated products.
- Support Quality and Manufacturing teams with destroyed, reworked, or quarantined materials.
- Resolve orders on hold due to inventory status issues.
- Cancel orders as requested.
- Monitor system error logs within Manhattan, ADMS, and SAP.
- Resolve identified issues or escalate to appropriate personnel.
- Compile, analyze, and report key performance indicators for distribution operations.
- Assist with employee training activities.
- Support distribution and receiving operations during peak demand periods.
- Manage customer order queues and release deliveries to meet shipping expectations.
- Maintain the effectiveness of the quality system.
- Work across multiple operational sites as needed.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze operational issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Good understanding of quality systems and operational metrics.
- Knowledge of warehousing, shipping, transportation, logistics, and planning workflows.
