Key Responsibilities

- Configure, deploy, and manage Microsoft Intune policies across devices and applications
- Implement device enrollment strategies and provisioning best practices
- Develop and enforce security, compliance, and conditional access policies
- Package, deploy, and manage applications across mobile and desktop platforms
- Monitor device compliance, application performance, and user adoption
- Troubleshoot Intune-related issues including enrollment, configuration, and access
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and user support
- Partner cross-functionally to enhance mobility and endpoint management strategies
- Stay current on Intune features and identify automation opportunities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows server infrastructure and updates
- Manage Active Directory and Group Policy environments
- Support deployment and maintenance of enterprise business applications
- Assist with disaster recovery planning and execution
- Maintain system documentation and reporting for IT leadership
- Support additional IT initiatives and special projects as needed
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune or similar MDM/MAM tools
- Strong knowledge of:
- Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Azure Active Directory
- Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and compliance principles
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Modern Desktop Administrator, Enterprise Administrator Expert)
- Highly organized with strong prioritization and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-starter with sound judgment and problem-solving ability
- Reliable and dependable, with flexibility for occasional after-hours support
