Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Integration & Test Engineer III to support advanced aerospace and defense programs. This role involves coordinating integration activities, supporting assembly and testing of complex systems, and ensuring high-quality performance across spacecraft, aircraft, or related platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve processes and procedures for assembly and testing of aerospace systems (spacecraft, aircraft, or related equipment)
• Coordinate integration activities with engineers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams
• Document, track, and resolve hardware discrepancies, including root cause and corrective actions
• Support development of tooling and fixtures to aid integration and testing processes
• Conduct and support system-level testing and validation activities
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to ensure program success
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5 years of experience in integration and test within aerospace, defense, or similar industries
• Experience with assembly, integration, and testing of complex systems
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Experience with spacecraft, satellite, or aircraft systems
• Background in tooling design or manufacturing support
• Familiarity with aerospace quality standards and processes
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
