About The Role

We're looking for a skilled professional to solve complex problems, perform analysis, and ensure smooth operations for systems and networks. This role involves troubleshooting, implementing solutions, and maintaining high-quality standards across infrastructure services.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex technical issues and provide advanced troubleshooting.
• Lead system and network implementations, including developing and executing testing plans.
• Manage major upgrades and reconfigurations through change control processes.
• Design and evaluate vendor service mixes to meet business requirements; maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Drive initiatives to consolidate equipment and support business relocations.
• Perform capacity analysis, recommend and implement capacity enhancements.
• Act as technical escalation point for preventative maintenance results; oversee maintenance activities.
• Execute advanced operations and administration tasks across infrastructure services.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in support and operations roles in areas such as servers, networks, telecommunications, storage, operating systems, middleware, disaster recovery, collaboration technologies, or hardware/software support.
• Multiple trade certifications and/or ongoing education preferred.
