Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and technical requirements related to IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud platforms, security, and end-user computing
- Analyze current infrastructure processes and systems to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, process flows, and impact assessments
- Partner with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to support upgrades, migrations, and new implementations
- Support testing, UAT coordination, issue tracking, and go-live stabilization for infrastructure initiatives
- Maintain documentation such as requirements, workflows, infrastructure diagrams, and runbooks
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting IT or infrastructure initiatives
- Experience working with infrastructure domains such as networks, servers, cloud, security, or IT operations
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder communication
- Familiarity with SDLC or Agile delivery methodologies and UAT support
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, Visio, or similar
