Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and manage assigned work within established procedures and timelines
- Respond to customer needs, questions, and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Support the migration from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online, including site development, maintenance, and support
- Support the transition from legacy eForms platforms to Microsoft PowerApps, including form development and ongoing support
- Provide interdepartmental customer support for O&AS applications
- Troubleshoot data anomalies and identify or report discrepancies
- Produce reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other standard office automation tools
- Compile and assemble data to support process development initiatives
- Interface regularly with project personnel to provide guidance and application support
- Stay current on department technologies, techniques, and services; recommend process and system improvements
- Adjust priorities as directed to meet project needs
- Operate standard office and automation equipment
- Work overtime on short notice when required
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Bachelor s degree in a related business or technical field with 1 year of relevant experience OR
- High school diploma with 7 years of relevant experience
- U.S. citizenship required
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and employment/education verification
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy site badge (security requirements apply even if teleworking)
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage changing priorities

- Experience extracting reports and performing database queries
- Experience with workflow or electronic form development
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform applications (PowerApps, Power Automate)
- Experience with AI training or application development
- Knowledge of user interface and user experience (UI/UX) principles
- Familiarity with SQL, HTML, or ASP.NET development
- Strong customer service skills related to issue resolution
- Experience with document control and records management processes
- Experience with SharePoint Online, including site setup, page design, and list/library configuration

- Are you currently located in or able to commute daily to Richland, Washington?
