- 7 years leading technology projects, programs, or portfolios
- 7 years managing modernization or transformation initiatives across diverse technologies
- 2 years of experience working with or supporting Cybersecurity initiatives
- Preferred Skill
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management abilities
- Deep understanding of project, program, and portfolio management methodologies
- Proven experience managing plans, budgets, schedules, and resources
- Ability to identify and manage technical dependencies across multiple initiatives
- Effective leadership and influencing skills in cross-functional environments
- Experience in financial services is a plus
- PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred
