Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of information system transformation projects.
- Provide strategic direction for IT initiatives and enterprise implementations.
- Collaborate with product owners, subject matter experts, and scrum teams to define business and technical requirements.
- Manage large-scale, complex enterprise projects as well as smaller initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including development teams and external vendors.
- Establish and maintain project governance, monitoring, and control mechanisms.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Mentor internal team members on project management practices and support knowledge transfer.
- Experience managing IT projects and delivering technology solutions successfully.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps, etc.).
- Experience applying project governance and best practices.
- PMP certification or equivalent practical experience preferred.
- Ability to define and align business and technical requirements.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working on large-scale system modernization initiatives.
- Domain knowledge in government or social service systems (optional but beneficial).
