- The Information Systems Specialist is responsible for the configuration, management, and optimization of Google Workspace (and Gemini) across the organization.
- This role ensures secure, seamless digital collaboration, supports enterprise-scale deployments, and advances productivity through automation and AI-driven tools.
- Administer and manage Google Workspace for all users, ensuring optimal configuration, security, and availability across Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, and connected applications.
- Leverage Gemini AI functionality to automate workflows, enhance productivity, and deliver tailored solutions to improve business processes.
- Implement and maintain user access controls, group policies, and data protection protocols to support compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Support large-scale migrations, onboarding/offboarding, and provisioning of new users and devices in Google Workspace.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Google Workspace and Gemini-related issues for end-users, providing expert guidance and training.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, process workflows, and best practices relating to Google Workspace and Gemini features.
- Monitor system performance, usage analytics, and security events, leveraging Gemini insights for proactive problem-solving and optimization.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and department stakeholders to evaluate new Google Workspace and Gemini enhancements, integrating new features and applications into enterprise environments.
- Provide recommendations on process improvements, security enhancements, and automation opportunities using Gemini s AI capabilities.
