Threat Modeling Program Operations Lead. This role requires a high-judgment operator skilled in workflow orchestration, intake triage, metric design, and the ruthless elimination of process waste, with deep capability in building executive-ready reports and dashboards to monitor throughput, cycle time, and model quality. They must be able to lead automation of repeatable procedures, optimize team performance across sprints, and communicate with precision across U.S. and India teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and consistency in a cross-cultural delivery environment.
qualifications:
Required Qualifications: 5 years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
