- Install, configure, upgrade, and manage Informatica PowerCenter, including mappings, workflows, and ETL processes.
- Support and troubleshoot Java-based applications running on JBoss, Tomcat, RedHat, Fuse, and Apache servers in AWS.
- Manage and schedule batch jobs using Control-M (or equivalent), including calendars and critical batch scheduling.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and analyze logs using Splunk.
- Generate and manage SSL certificates and PGP keys.
- Perform system troubleshooting, patching, backups, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
- Automate tasks using Jenkins and support CI/CD processes.
- Manage incidents and change requests using JIRA Service Desk.
- Provide recommendations and risk mitigation strategies for system issues.
- Support production releases and adhere to security and change control policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 3 years of Informatica PowerCenter administration/support experience.
- 3 years of Control-M (or equivalent batch operations) experience.
- 2 years of PostgreSQL (or equivalent DB) experience.
- Experience in healthcare, health insurance marketplace, or health and human services.
- Strong troubleshooting, SQL, integration, and analytical skills.
- 5 years supporting complex enterprise systems and batch operations.
- 3 years troubleshooting JBoss/Tomcat applications in AWS.
- Experience with AWS-hosted web systems and EDI operations.
- Strong knowledge of Java runtime concepts (heap, thread dumps).
- Experience with PMO governance processes.
