- Over 15 years of experience
- Develop, optimize, and support Informatica MDM (Hub, SIF, Match & Merge, SAM, Metadata Manager).
- Ensure master data accuracy across systems and deliver unified customer/provider/reference data views.
- Troubleshoot applications, middleware, integrations, and batch jobs (Control-M).
- Perform upgrades for Hub Server, Cleanse Server, ORS, and provisioning tools.
- Write complex SQL and perform performance tuning (Oracle, Postgres, Redshift, DynamoDB).
- Support real-time Java SIF integrations and AWS-based applications (Lambda, SNS, DynamoDB).
- Monitor systems using AppDynamics, Kibana, Grafana, EFK.
- Execute ITIL processes: Incident, Change, Problem, and Release management.
- Provide root-cause analysis, enhancements, tokenization support, and daily health checks.
