- Lead and mentor technical teams in the design, development, and implementation of oracle pl/sql solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of oracle pl/sql applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to oracle pl/sql.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in oracle pl/sql and recommend improvements.
- Drive process improvements and optimizations to enhance the efficiency of oracle pl/sql development projects.
