Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical systems quickly and accurately.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot AC/DC motors, drives, VFDs, and soft starters.
- Perform wiring and conduit installation (EMT, rigid, flexible).
- Read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Build and maintain control panels (layout, wiring, testing).
- Troubleshoot PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron) and replace modules.
- Navigate HMI panels for diagnostics and alarms.
- Maintain sensors, actuators, and industrial networking (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus).
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance using thermal imaging and vibration monitoring.
- Apply Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
- Follow all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
- 3 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
- Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and facility-specific electrical codes.
- Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networking.
- Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot control systems.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
- Experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments.
- Knowledge of RCM methodology and predictive maintenance tools.
