Key Responsibilities:
- Research & Audit: Conduct deep-dive research into "As-Built" records and state archives to complete missing bridge files.
- Digitization: Convert hard-copy documents and legacy TIF files into indexed, high-quality PDFs.
- Data Management: Utilize state business systems to interweave data and maintain a daily log of file completions.
- Reporting: Document anomalies and provide written justifications for any incomplete files after exhaustive research.
- Experience: 1 years in file auditing, research, and digital organization.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and experience with file conversion processes.
- Competencies: Logical thinker with strong organizational and written communication skills.
- Logistics: Must reside in Indianapolis.
