Role: Senior Developer Implementing Entra ID

Position Overview

Seeking a Senior Developer with strong hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Entra ID in an identitycentric security model.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and hands-on develop an end-to-end IAM framework for all the applications, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
• Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions leveraging Microsoft Entra ID for enterprise and consumer-facing applications.
• Design, implement, and maintain robust Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
• Lead the integration and development of IAM solutions, including Microsoft Entra ID as the primary identity platform.
• Implement and manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and adaptive/conditional access policies across all platforms.
• Collaborate with security, application, and infrastructure teams to align IAM implementations with enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex identity, authentication, and authorization issues, and drive root-cause analysis and remediation.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, including IAM architecture diagrams, configuration standards, and operational runbooks.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive software engineering experience with a strong focus on cybersecurity and identity management.
• At least 5 years in a Senior Developer or Architect role working exclusively on Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Proven hands-on experience designing, coding, and delivering enterprise-level IAM solutions for large-scale, public-facing applications.
• Strong, practical experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including SSO, conditional access, MFA, and application onboarding.
• Solid understanding of RBAC, PAM, identity lifecycle management, and authentication/authorization standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced security or IAM certifications such as CISSP, CISM, AWS Certified Security Specialty, or platform-specific certifications for Entra, SailPoint, ForgeRock, or similar IAM tools.
• Experience with identity federation and CIAM implementations in complex, multi-tenant or government environments.
• Familiarity with scripting/automation (e.g., PowerShell, Shell) for IAM operations and Entra ID configuration.
