Roles & Responsibilities: -
- Contribute to IGA JML process improvements and automation
- Customize identity workflows to meet business needs
- Hands-on with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud
- Provide advanced troubleshooting of SailPoint ISC issues
- Track and close defects through to permanent fix -Act as L3 SME support for SailPoint ISC issues
- Integrate SailPoint ISC with target systems (AD, Azure AD, SAP, cloud SaaS apps)
- Build or modify custom connectors
- Advise on SailPoint best practices and standards
- Advise on SailPoint IIQ to ISC migration
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint ISC.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Experience with identity governance and administration solutions.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements related to cloud security.
- Hands-on Exp with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud
- Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, SCIM, and modern identity protocols (OAuth, SAML, OIDC)
- Deep understanding of SailPoint ISC features: Access Profiles, Roles, Identity Profiles, and Transforms.
- Proficiency with SailPoint APIs for integration and automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Java: Strong proficiency for customization and integration tasks.
- BeanShell: Experience using BeanShell scripts for workflow customization.
- JavaScript: For scripting and automation tasks within SailPoint solutions
