Responsibilities:
- Architect and lead enterprise IAM/IGA solutions aligned with security policies, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
- Design and implement identity lifecycle management processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, RBAC, and PAM.
- Lead integration of IAM platforms with enterprise systems such as ERP, HRIS, LIMS, and cloud applications.
- Evaluate IAM/IGA tools and technologies through vendor assessments, proofs-of-concept, and roadmap planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security, Infrastructure, Compliance, HR, and R&D.
- Develop, implement, and enforce IAM policies, standards, and best practices.
- Implement authentication and federation protocols including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and MFA.
- Ensure IAM systems are scalable, resilient, and highly available through continuous monitoring and optimization.
- Support compliance initiatives and audit readiness for frameworks such as HIPAA, SOX, and GDPR.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8 years of experience in IAM/IGA architecture, preferably in regulated industries such as biotech or pharmaceuticals.
- Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise IAM solutions.
- Deep understanding of identity governance, access management, and directory services.
- Experience with compliance frameworks and audit processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Identity & Access Management (IAM).

- RBAC & Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect.
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Cloud Identity (Azure AD, Okta, etc.).

- Security & Compliance (HIPAA, SOX, GDPR).
- Proven experience architecting IAM solutions in enterprise environments.
- Experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Azure AD, or ForgeRock.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or IAM vendor-specific credentials.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking ability.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Salary : $51 - $56
