Key Responsibilities
- Perform provisioning, deprovisioning, and entitlement management across platforms (Unix/Linux, Windows, databases, Mainframe/RACF).
- Resolve Level 2 identity management issues and collaborate with business partners to address access challenges.
- Assist in improving deployment processes, tool usage, and maintaining operational procedures.
- Support large-scale Technology Operations deliverables and contribute to planning and issue resolution.
- Utilize ServiceNow and internal tools (ART & AIMS) for ticket management and SLA adherence.
- Maintain high performance measured by volume, SLA compliance, and quality standards.
- Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD.
- Familiarity with authentication standards: LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, SCIM.
- Knowledge of security compliance frameworks: ISO, NIST, SOX, PCI.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise ticketing systems.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a queue-based operations environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Additional experience with LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, SCIM, and Azure AD.
- Energetic, collaborative team passionate about cybersecurity.
