The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the full development lifecycle and leveraging modern tools, including AI-assisted development, to improve efficiency and quality.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 1 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
- Strong proficiency in backend development using Java (Spring Boot) or Python
- Deep experience with Angular and TypeScript for frontend development
- Hands-on experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines end-to-end
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes or ECS)
- Strong experience with AWS and cloud-native services, including serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda
- Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL data stores
- Strong understanding of application security principles, including OWASP Top 10, secrets management, and least-privilege access
- Experience with modern version control workflows (Git, trunk-based development, or GitFlow)
- Experience integrating AI/ML models or LLM APIs (such as AWS Bedrock) into production systems
- Understanding of the importance of human oversight in AI-driven systems, particularly in high-risk or regulated environments
