- Perform assignments involving repair, installation, alteration, and preventive maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- These systems include, but are not limited to air handlers, exhaust fans, roof top package units, boilers, chillers, pumps, air compressors, and HVAC controls.
- The candidate will also be expected to perform general building maintenance activities and respond to emergency issues within buildings.
- Will reduce the reliance on vendor support
- Will reduce equipment downtime through the timely response and troubleshooting of issues
- Will maintain in-house maintenance capabilities
- Will maintain emergency response times
- Maintain teams ability to respond to and complete employee requested work
- Education: High school diploma and HVAC trade school certification preferred
- Work Experience: 5 years of HVAC experience
- Team building (works well with others in a group setting)
- Knowledge of building management systems (ALC software is a plus)
- Ability to share knowledge of HVAC systems with co-workers
