HVAC Revit Designer
Introduction:
The HVAC Revit Designer will be responsible for designing ductwork systems in industrial facilities such as semiconductor manufacturing, cleanrooms, data centers, and other advanced manufacturing facilities. This role does not require an engineering degree but extensive experience in industrial building mechanical design and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

Introduction:
The HVAC Revit Designer will be responsible for designing ductwork systems in industrial facilities such as semiconductor manufacturing, cleanrooms, data centers, and other advanced manufacturing facilities. This role does not require an engineering degree but extensive experience in industrial building mechanical design and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
Responsibilities:
- Design ductwork systems for industrial facilities
- Ensure compliance with U.S. Mechanical Codes, specifically the International Mechanical Code (IMC)
- Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Utilize analytical skills to problem solve and plan design solutions
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- High school diploma or GED
- 8 years of AutoCAD design experience
- 4 years of Revit design experience
- 5 years of industrial building mechanical design experience
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. Mechanical Codes
- Experience in complex industrial environments such as semiconductor manufacturing, cleanrooms, data centers
- Technical or Associate’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Advanced problem-solving, planning, and analytical skills
