We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations. This role involves administrative and operational support across employee records management, HRIS data entry, recruitment coordination, onboarding activities, and general HR functions.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Enter new hire information into HRIS systems
- Assist with recruitment activities including job postings and interview scheduling
- Support onboarding and new hire orientation processes
- Track employee leave of absence and related documentation
- Prepare HR reports, correspondence, and documentation
- Respond to employee and applicant inquiries
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information
- Perform general administrative and HR support tasks
- 1 year of experience in Human Resources or HR Administration
- Experience with HRIS systems and employee data management
- Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
