Requirement/Must Have:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a utility or field service environment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and iOS operating systems.
- Experience supporting enterprise software applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on user satisfaction.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.
- Experience in a utility or field service environment is preferred.
- Provide phone-based support for IT issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity for field workers.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating issues to other support teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the IT service management system.
- Assist in training field workers on new technologies and IT systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Work closely with IT teams and field operations to ensure seamless integration of technology in daily operations.
- Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified Professional, or Apple Certified Support Professional are a plus.
- Bachelor s degree preferred.
