Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of contract performance, ensuring compliance with the PWS. The Program Manager acts as the primary point of contact for the Government regarding contract execution.
- Manage resources, schedules, and deliverables to meet contract objectives. Lead the development and implementation of the Project Management Plan (PMP) and Transition Plans.
- Ensure timely submission of deliverables, including monthly progress reports and SLA compliance. Coordinate with the Government Lead and COR to address emerging issues and risks.
- Conduct regular reviews of contract performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- The Program Manager will manage 10 team members in helpdesk and system administration functions
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex, multidisciplinary teams.
- A minimum of 5 years of direct experience managing IT support contracts or similar projects. A minimum of 10 (or 12) years PM experience alternative.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
