responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Act as the initial point of contact for support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems, diagnosing and resolving issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Deployment & Maintenance: Prepare, configure, and deploy computing equipment for new hires and assist with organization-wide hardware refresh cycles.
- User Management: Execute password resets, account unlocks, and provide foundational support for common office applications.
- Documentation: Accurately log all interactions and technical resolutions within the ticketing system to ensure a seamless knowledge base.
- Collaboration: Escalate complex technical challenges to senior administrators and work closely with the team to meet internal SLAs.
- Customer Excellence: Translate complex technical solutions into user-friendly language, ensuring a professional and positive experience for every end-user.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in IT support or a high-volume technical customer service role.
- Foundational knowledge of Windows operating systems and environment.
- Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certifications: Active CompTIA A or Network certifications. - Plus
