This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to follow defined procedures while supporting Windows-based environments and bank-specific systems.
Experience & Skills
- 3 years of experience providing Level 1 Help Desk or technical support
- Hands-on experience with:
- Windows 10 troubleshooting
- Microsoft Office installation, configuration, and support
- Active Directory user account management
- General AS400 user management and basic troubleshooting
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, and ICMP
- Experience supporting organization-specific or secure software/hardware environments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels
- Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and sound judgment
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to timelines and schedules
- Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to take on additional responsibilities
