Experience Required:

• 5 7 years of progressively responsible experience in management consulting, technology leadership, or healthcare operations.
• Prior experience working with AI, advanced analytics, or machine learning initiatives in healthcare, insurance, or another highly regulated industry.
• Exposure to AI governance frameworks, model risk management, or compliance-by-design approaches. By design approaches.
• Demonstrated interest in responsible AI development and use, including through supplemental education and personal experimentation with AI tools.
  
  

Skill Requirements:

• Strong understanding of AI solution delivery, including lifecycle management, intake, stage gates, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, privacy, security, and regulatory compliance, particularly within healthcare.
• Familiarity with AI model monitoring, quality control, and performance assurance practices.
• Experience collaborating with AI foundry, platform, or engineering teams on controlled releases.
• Excellent cross-functional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Functional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in agile and waterfall delivery models.
• Foundational understanding of generative AI, machine learning, large language models (LLMs), multimodal models, and agentic AI solutions.
• Experience with process orchestration through SaaS CRM platforms (i.e. Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.).
