Key Skills & Requirements
- SQL & Excel (3 Years): Expert-level query building, data extraction, and deep data analysis.
- Power BI (3 Years): Building performance analytics dashboards, trends, and predictive forecasts.
- Healthcare IT (3 Years): Hands-on experience with Electronic Healthcare Records (EHR) and a strong grasp of Medical Terminology.
- Government Environment (3 Years): Proven experience handling large, structured, and unstructured compliance-driven datasets.
- Data Integration: HL7, Health Information Exchange (HIE), and MIRTH.
- Clinical & Imaging Systems: Epic, NextGen EHR, PACS, and CIPS.
- Database Tools: SQL SQuirreL and MySQL.
- Design & Execute: Build, schedule, and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports utilizing SQL, MySQL, and Power BI.
- Translate Data: Transform complex healthcare and operational metrics into scannable, executive-ready dashboards.
- Consult & Train: Provide technical documentation and train peers on reporting processes and calculation metrics.
- Solve Ambiguity: Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and drive precise business outcomes.
