- Experience in business process redesign and translating requirements into functional specifications.
- Experience in Federal Certification requirements and large-scale technology integration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Lead business design sessions and data configuration within core enterprise modules.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to integrate functionality across technical system components.
- Analyze business partner operations to identify and determine process automation opportunities.
- Serve as the technical liaison between business stakeholders and information technology organizations.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate project integration progress.
- Coordinate project priorities and resource allocation across multiple modernization workstreams.
- Generate executive updates regarding implementation status, project risks, and technical issues.
