We are seeking a Head of Engineering to join our team. This is an incredible opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our engineering team and contribute to the development and execution of our strategic technology plan. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the fintech industry, application development, and legal tech. They will be responsible for ensuring our technology systems and procedures lead to outcomes in line with business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the engineering team, fostering an innovative and inclusive team environment that supports continuous learning and growth.
- Develop and implement a strategic technological vision and plan that aligns with the company's business goals.
- Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture while keeping abreast of current and emerging technologies and trends in the tech services industry.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, medical and regulatory requirements in our industry.
- Collaborate with the management team to understand their needs and devise ways to meet those needs through the use of technology.
- Develop, implement, and monitor IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring efficient and effective technology operations.
- Oversee the development and use of our fintech and legal tech applications.
- Manage technology budgets and timelines, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Promote the company's mission and core values within the engineering department.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree will be considered an advantage.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role in the tech services industry.
- Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, systems, and products.
- Expert knowledge of fintech and legal tech applications.
- Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance related to the tech services industry.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional project management and organization skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a strategic and analytical mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
