Logistics & Process
- Location: Columbus, OH (Local candidates preferred)
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid
- Interview Process: Conducted via Microsoft Teams (Webcam)
- Compliance: Must pass a fingerprint background check. Equipment must remain within the United States at all times.
- Analyze & Stabilize: Document and optimize dev/test/prod environments, including configurations and dependencies.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate deployment pipelines and implement best practices for efficiency and automation.
- Technical Oversight: Review existing code to identify risks, reduce technical debt, and implement necessary enhancements.
- Knowledge Transfer: Conduct structured sessions to transition technical expertise to internal teams.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve complex environment-related issues and deployment failures.
- HCL Expertise: 7 years of hands-on experience with HCL technologies (e.g., VOLT/IRIS, Foundry).
- DevOps & Automation: 7 years of experience with CI/CD tools and automated deployment frameworks.
- Modernization: Proven track record in environment modernization or technical remediation initiatives.
- Architecture: Deep understanding of application architecture, integration points, and system dependencies.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex technical findings into actionable plans for stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
