The Reporting Data Analyst partners with business groups across the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain to define and deliver reporting and data extracts requirements. This role serves as a subject matter expert (SME) on enterprise data warehouse content and key source systems, ensuring accurate interpretation of insurance data, consistent definitions, and reliable reporting outputs.
Must Have Skills:
8 years as a hands-on IT Reporting data analyst.
4 years of experience in reporting or data analysis within the Property & Casualty insurance industry; reinsurance experience is preferred but not required.
3 years hands-on experience with Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy), Microsoft Power BI or similar product.
Working knowledge of insurance source systems such as Guidewire (Policy, Billing, Claims), Genius, and SAP.
