We are looking for a Growth Engineer to build and scale the tracking systems, integrations, and data infrastructure that drives our product-led and performance marketing engine. This role focuses on implementing user behavior tracking, enabling lifecycle campaigns, and creating in-product experiences that improve engagement and conversion.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to align on growth initiatives and execute them effectively.
- Leverage data and analytics to understand customer behavior, identify opportunities for growth, and measure the impact of your initiatives.
- Use your technical skills to build and optimize tools, systems, and processes that enhance our growth efforts.
- Stay current on the latest trends and technologies in growth engineering, and apply this knowledge to our growth strategy.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize our growth initiatives.
- Use your knowledge of CRMs/marketing tools and CMSs to manage and optimize our customer and content management systems.
- Use JavaScript and other programming languages to develop and implement growth initiatives.
- 4 years of experience in growth engineering, product management, or a related role.
- Strong JavaScript (React) skills and experience integrating third-party SDKs and APIs (analytics, marketing, personalization)
- Experience with product analytics (PostHog, GA4), and CRMs/marketing tools (HubSpot) and CMSs (Squarespace, Webflow)
- Proven ability to implement and scale tracking, campaign triggers, and growth surfaces inside web apps.
